The Girly Sweater is knit with one strand Elsa from ByPermin and on the yoke is a line of the finest glitter stars with a bead in the middle and a popcorn stitch between each star.
The round yoke makes the sweater very feminine, and the yarn is really soft. All in all, a really lovely, somewhat snuggly sweater. It is designed to fit fairly snugly but not tightly and is not an oversize jumper.
Fits with jeans, trousers, skirts, shorts or over a dress, and can be worn all year round.
The Girly Sweater is knit from the bottom up on 6mm circular needles – is divided at the armpits, sleeves are knit separately and added. Then it is knit in the round with decreases between body and sleeves, stars, beads and popcorn. The sweater needs almost no finishing. The glitter stars and popcorn are knit in two strands Make It Glitter, but you can of course choose other glitter yarns. The bead in the middle of the star is attached using a crochet hook. If you prefer not using beads, you can create a popcorn stitch in the middle instead.

The measurements for the top are guiding only. The top has a relatively tight fit.
The sweater is knit in one strand Elsa ByPermin (43% Alpaca wool & 57% brushed wool), stars and popcorn are knit in Make It Glitter (80% viscose & 20% polyester). You can easily use other yarns and glitter, as long as you stick to the gauge.

Glitter stars and popcorn are knit with two strands. The ball of glitter yarn is wound in such a way that you cannot use the yarn from both ends at the same time. This means that although you can make do with one ball of glitter yarn for sizes XS, S and M, you would need to split the yarn in two and then wind it back up again. I instead recommend that you buy two balls of glitter.
