Colour By Block is light as a feather, but still warm, fluffy and with long sleeves. It fits perfectly with jeans, a skirt, leather or over your bathing suit - you name it And it almost doesn't weigh anything – for example a size medium weighs approx. 125 grams.

It has exciting features such as vertical colour changes, where the darker colour is reverse stockinette stitch (the “purl” side of plain, stockinette stitch) and the light colour is stockinette stitch, and I-cord edges.

There is a bit of finishing, since the two sides are knitted separately, but it is worth it, because the tee will keep it’s shape, even when it's been washed. The unique design really shows itself this way.

The following techniques are used in this pattern: Cast on/off, vertical colour changes (no fair-isle), stockinette stitch, purl, I-cord, magic-loop for the I-cord by sleeves (or double-pointed needles).

The tee is knitted with one strands of Mohair with needles 3 mm. You can choose from endless amounts of colour combinations - colour play time

Difficulty The pattern requires that you can cast on/off and knit and purl - if you can do these things, you can knit the tee without any problems. You can find a video guide on my Instagram account with a tutorial on how to make the vertical colour changes on the front and back side.
